Terms and Conditions of Service

  • Refund Policy (Bank, PayPal, Manual/Auto Top-ups)
    Once funds are added to your account on mainsmmproviderpanel.com, no refunds will be made to the original payment method under any circumstances. This includes banks, PayPal, manual or automatic top-ups. Disputes and chargebacks will not be entertained.

  • Refund Policy for Old Accounts
    No refunds or cancellations will be made for orders placed on accounts with more than 1,000 existing followers. We cannot verify the quality or source of previous followers.

  • Live Services
    No refunds or cancellations will be issued for live services (e.g., battle points, live viewers, etc.). We strongly recommend testing the service with a small order first.

  • Read Service Description Carefully
    It is the user's responsibility to read the service description before placing an order.
    - On mobile devices: description is at the bottom of the page.
    - On desktop: description appears on the right side of the screen.
    In case of mistakes, support may review the case, but a refund or cancellation is not guaranteed.

  • Link Errors
    We do not issue refunds or cancellations for incorrect links provided by the customer. Please double-check your link before placing an order.

  • Delivery Time
    Estimated delivery times may vary based on server load. Delays due to external factors are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.

  • Important Recommendation
    Always test with a small amount before placing a large order, to avoid high losses in case of service delay or failure.

  • Private or Restricted Accounts
    We cannot process orders for private or restricted accounts. Make sure your account is public before ordering.

  • Platform Usage
    By placing an order, you agree to comply with these policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

  • Order Cancellations
    While we do our best to handle cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee all orders can be cancelled once placed.

  • User Responsibility
    The platform is not responsible for any misuse, unethical behavior, or damages caused by the services. Users are expected to use services responsibly.

  • Support Interaction
    Respectful communication with support is required. Failure to do so may lead to account suspension.

  • Service Refill Guarantee
    No refills or refunds will be given for services labeled as “No Refill.” Refill is only available for services that clearly state "30/90/365 Days ♻️ Refill" or similar.

  • Mixed Services on Same Account
    If you use two different services (one with Refill and one without) on the same account, you are not eligible for refill on any of them.

  • Refunds After Service Drop
    If a service drops after successful delivery, refunds are not guaranteed. You may only get a refill if the service supports it.

  • Policy Changes
    We reserve the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. Please review them regularly.
